Framework Setup

Open Frameworks. The list is grouped into My drafts, Org frameworks, and Installed from marketplace. Cards show a LOCKED badge when a version is frozen, plus private or org visibility.

Top right: New instrument starts a framework, or open Marketplace to browse listings. On a card, choose Personal or Organization destination, Submit to marketplace, or Open the builder. Marketplace installs marked Run only have no Open — Dimensions only.

New opens a hub with two cards. Edit existing — pick something you authored, then the version. Unpublished drafts open in place. Published (locked) versions create a new draft with a minor version bump — the locked version is never changed. Create and continue starts from a display name, optional description, industry and optional segment, and visibility (often Private).

After you are in the wizard, Start in the stepper is still the Excel front door: download the example workbook or Import Excel. Choosing a file replaces the current draft immediately — there is no confirm dialog, and it is not undoable. Import lives only on Start. There is no Excel import on Review.

Step 1 of 8. Display name, description, industry, optional segment, and visibility. Display name is what appears in dropdowns after you lock a version. A private draft can still use Share with org when you are ready. This identity carries into Review and the locked packet. There is no Suggest on Identity — later Suggest steps read this identity, so write the display name, description, and industry clearly.

Four axes, one card each — Top, Right, Bottom, and Left. Each axis needs a snake_case key, display name, description (what the axis measures), rationale (why this framework needs it), color, and both poles: failure at 0 and target at 10. Empty poles block Publish.

On Dimensions and later Suggest steps, pick an AI provider and model. The page uses your default Setup key for that provider — there is no key field here. Optionally check Remember as my default. A generation note (up to 1,000 characters) steers Suggest across this wizard; it does not change the schema. You still save and own the text.

Four Dual-Map corners. One is the Target (the correct-answer personality). The other three are Foil corners. Each has a display name, description (what this corner role is), and rationale (why this framework uses this corner). These are scoring personalities, not marketing names for your company.

Twelve principles — three per dimension (Center, Left, Right). Each has a short name, full text, and rationale. These drive the question bank. Save before moving on.

120 items across twelve principle tabs (ten per principle). Each item is a scenario with four answers in A–D letter order. Each answer is labeled with a corner: Wrong, Misguided, Deceptive, or Target (the correct corner). Completeness gaps show on Review as n/10.

Read-only packet of the whole framework: identity, dimensions (both poles), archetypes, principles, and questions with gaps visible. Export Excel or Download PDF (status banner DRAFT or PUBLISHED).

Run the completeness check. Empty poles and missing questions must be cleared before Publish. There is no Excel import on Review. Edit earlier steps via the stepper.

Publish freezes this version (immutable). Then choose one destination. Who may click Publish is in the role table (Owner and Admin; Developer authors but cannot publish). After a freeze you can still Create new version to edit content, or continue to optional Ethereum attest.

• Personal — frozen, but only you can run this version. Owners and admins can still open it in Frameworks for governance. Other teammates cannot run it until you choose Organization or Marketplace.
• Organization — runnable by members of your organization.
• Submit to marketplace — submitted for platform review. Other orgs see it only after it is published. A listing may be free or priced; paid install uses Checkout, not this page. Also appears in your organization list.

A destination failure after freeze does not un-publish the lock. You can set destination again.

Optional. Records an Ethereum-attested fingerprint of this locked bank hash, signed by your organization's wallet. Ethereum mainnet; gas is variable; the wallet needs ETH. Who may register the wallet vs attest is in the role table.

1. Owner opens Settings → Ethereum and connects the registered wallet (no typed address, no private keys). Change wallet or Remove if you need to swap later.
2. Status is a pipeline: Registered, then Authorized on-chain, then Ready. Check status in Settings → Ethereum. Ready means: after you lock a framework, open Step 8 in Framework Builder.
3. On Step 8, Connect wallet and attest with that same wallet, then confirm in MetaMask. You pay gas. The page shows Waiting for Ethereum… until the transaction lands.

If MetaMask already confirmed but the page still looks unfinished: Already confirmed in MetaMask? Check Ethereum. If Check Ethereum still shows the Attest button, do not click Attest again — use Finish recording this attestation (same tab) or wait and Check Ethereum. You will not be asked to paste a hash. Skip leaves Attest optional.

Use the published framework from the assessment flow the same way you pick any other framework. History and public verify show attestation status.
