Scoring versions

AI Assess Tech updated how we summarize disposition assessment results. Through April 2026, completed assessments used legacy scoring (v1): a single high-level personality label from the earlier methodology. Starting in May 2026, new assessments use graduated personality scoring (v2)—a structured summary across four behavioral dimensions with a quadrant view customers see on results and exports. Your historical v1 rows are unchanged: they remain the record of what was measured under v1. Quadrant breakdowns and trend charts only include v2 runs, because the methodology changed and v1 and v2 are not directly comparable on those aggregate views. New completed disposition assessments use v2. If you see that some runs use legacy scoring, those assessments finished before the transition or under v1-only data; open the individual run for its original label and scores.
